Ethnic intimidation, ie “hate speech”, not a thing. A way to let him weasel out of the assault charge?
Ethnic intimidation sounds exactly like a thought crime. These are made up crimes to prosecute descrimanety. Is that all they have? That can be used in ways we need to examine. I really don’t like that at all.
