The incendiary story of an alleged hate crime attack targeting Empire actor Jussie Smollett immediately went viral yesterday, with media reporting the attackers made racial and anti-gay comments while using President Trump's "MAGA" slogan during the 2 a.m. assault in downtown Chicago.
But conflicting versions of the incident from Smollett himself, and details reported by the media being outright contradicted by Chicago Police have raised questions about what actually happened.
Debra Heine noted on the PJ Media last night that police had found surveillance video of Smollett, but had not been able to find video of the alleged assailants.

You must mean they have gotten stealthy after being captured on lengthy videos that ultimately vindicated them with regards to the Nathan Phillips kerfuffle. 8>)
I believe he will soon check into a rehab/psychiatric clinic for a few weeks until this dies down. That will keep the cops from charging him with false reports, and it will increase his victimhood score. It will also give the MSM the excuse to drop the story, flushed down the memory hole.

Liberals really do have terrible menttal disorders. This scam artist is living out a complete fantasy. Anyone who believes this should get help. This is a fantasy, just like the left Russia fantasy. They all (democrats, media, Hollywood, Academia) just play along with the fantasy as if it is real life. No questions. The list of hoaxes is getting very long. Add this and the fake waitress note (”don’t tip immigrants”)to it.

Exactly. If it isn’t an outright hoax, it’s a Grindr hookup or drug deal gone bad. (Evidently he really did have a cracked rib.) I’ve also read that he’ll be releasing an album in the coming month. Further, there was at least one weird anonymous threatening letter sent to him recently — addressed in pink crayon and containing a threat formed from words and letters cut from magazines. Oddly, his name was spelled correctly . . . The whole thing shows all the characteristics of terminal TDS. PS: Did you see the over-the-top twitter response from Cher? Amazing.
