The "Red Flag Law" only requires that someone think another person 'might show signs of being a risk", and police will confiscate their guns without due process- which means anyone can turn in anyone they don't like, and police will act swiftly and unconstitutionally, confiscating their guns-

Ny just passed 'Last Second Abortion' and is pushing for Assisted Suicide- They also don't want your children protected in schools- They are more concerned it seems with protecting the criminals- NY's fetish with death is turning the state quite anti-life- and they claim to be the party that is 'for the little people'? New York is a messed up state with a clown for a governor. Gov. Cuomo is pushing for laws that have already shown to do absolutely nothing to prevent firearm violence in places where they have been tried. I guess the abortion law he just signed was not bad enough for him.
