I guess the unanswered question is, “would Trump ever sign this POS?”
If this and the other trash that the RATs are cooking up don’t pass the Senate, or if they do, Trump will not sign them into law, then this is just a colossal waste of Congressional time which runs out the clock on their “stewardship of the House!”
No he wouldn’t but this is for 2020 and beyond and there is a possibility that 2016 will have been our last contested election. After that...Civil WT???
There is no way Trump will sign this.
I can see no way the Senate will pass it either.
But the Senate has a number of RINOs who make life complicated.
