U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials announced Thursday their biggest fentanyl bust ever, saying they captured nearly 254 pounds of the deadly synthetic opioid from a load of Mexican produce heading into Arizona.

I actually do think politicians, probably on both sides of the aisle, are profiting from drug and human trafficking across the border. Would not surprise me at all if that is part of the reason we are still in Afghanistan. And THAT is why Congress refuses to do the right thing by the American people.
Saw a documentary on synthetic chemicals on YouTube. Buy a gram for $500, parce it up and sell it for $250,000. Lot of motivation there for people who don’t give a damn about other people’s health or lives.
And yes, wash excess down the drain into wastewater that get’s cleaned and recycled, right back to the rest of us.
Explain to me how this works. If it could kill that many people, assuming it is divided into equal doses, how is it even useful as a street drug? Even assuming the addicted spread out doses, how long would this delivery last? Was it the only delivery for the year, or are there dozens of such deliveries a day? Is there some giant stockpile of this stuff somewhere?
And that is why the left wants this garbage here, to kill as many Americans as possible, especially if they vote Republican

Last year an 11 year old died in Florida from swimming in a pool that had it, so you can imagine what a it could do to a towns water supply.
