Yeah, I can believe that. Like I said, before I was puzzled; until I heard a couple of stories about the docs found dead; literally on their own “drips” at home from what they stole from patients.
Like my wife said; no one makes it past 6 months without being caught..She said its “high grade” and the “street stuff” while strong won’t cut what the addicted doc’s are used too that have been stealing it.
That was what she said across dinner tonight when discussing this thread. Less risk to just get rid of it; both for patients and the hospital.
I have no doubt China kinda likes a little payback for that opium thing that hit them a large handful of years back. Those fuqers have long memories. Plus, doesn’t hurt to have a good chunk of our population and familia support structure strung out while they advance their objective of dominance. They are not trading partners; they are enemies.
We are sending them the dollars needed to fund their military while they send us devastating drugs that kill our populace better than anything Afghanistan can export.
But...but... it only comes in by ship...

I get what you are saying but somebody, probably China, is dumping a weaponized version of this on the market hoping it gets into America
The media is into fear mongering and panic but there is an opioid epidemic and tens of thousands of people are dying from it every year.
You obviously know a lot about this, so what would your solution be?

I don’t know a lot about it. It’s just that demonization campaigns...eg tobacco, guns, lawn darts, legitimate drugs, the internal combustion engine, etc always raise red flags for me. Usually means money is somehow involved or even more nefarious motives.
Drug abuse is a CHOICE. Choose badly and you may die.
