Putting up the wall with private funds on private land with the permission of the landowner. What will the Dems do? Seize the property?

You do realize that the majority of the wall that POTUS wants to put up with run across private lands that will have to be taken by eminent domain, right?
Couldn’t the landowners be reimbursed, given tax credit, or some other advantage?
