The Senate Judiciary Committee can’t move to judges until it gets through the Attorney General nomination. Vote was supposed to be this week but democrats delayed the vote for a week (this is a routine delay tactic, both democrats and republicans alike use it).
So Barr’s committee vote will be next week and then the committee will be free to move to judges.

They always seem to find a reason for delay. Meanwhile there are 148 VACANT federal judgeships with 21 additional announced to be vacant later this year.
With these 169 judgeships to be filled, the Senate POKES ALONG. 4% of THIS Congress’ 2-year term has already slipped away with INACTION BEING THEIR MAIN “ACTION”.
