I would think by now they have pulled the phone records with a warrant and ARRESTED him for the Very Hate Crime hi is falsely alleging. Any Person that makes a deliberate false claim of a Felony, should be Arrested, Held without Bail, and upon Conviction, be sentenced to a Mandatory 10 Years in Prison, General Population.
