N.J. Democrats threaten to toss Trump from the 2020 ballot

Democratic state lawmakers in New Jersey aren’t done seeking President Donald Trump’s tax returns.

Some members of the state Legislature have revived legislation that would require candidates for president and vice president to disclose their tax returns from the previous five years to appear on the ballot in the Garden State.

The bill would also ban New Jersey’s voters in the electoral college from voting for a candidate that did not do so.

That would affect Trump, a Republican who in 2016 became the first presidential candidate in four decades not to release his returns, if he runs for re-election in 2020.

That’s why I call them domestic enemies. The President and military all take an oath to protect the constitution from ALL enemies foreign and DOMESTIC and these domestic enemies should be informed of that.

I think courts have already ruled on this issue.

Don’t worry about it. His chances of winning NJ: 0.

Afraid many more states will follow New Jersey with tax filing requirements and a host of other demands to keep PDJT off the ballot next year.

Donald Trump caught most of the insiders off guard by winning in 2016.

I fear that they will do everything possible to prevent him from being reelected next year.

The cold civil war will turn hot if they start banning the sitting POTUS from ballots. That’s a flat out coup, not a hidden stealth one but an open one. And they should expect blowback.

Trump will release 10 years of tax returns as soon as the authoritarians in Congress release 10 years of theirs and Pelosi since she is second in line for succession for the Presidency.

Those people own the state and tons of armed personnel. That’s something to consider here. It would be nice if there could be a court ruling against the state of New Jersey stating that they were unconstitutional.
