Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s keynote speaking appearance at a Yale Law School conference later this month was rescinded over the weekend in response to his decision to appeal a judge’s ruling that convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal should be allowed to reargue his appeal before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

“We cannot understand how DA Krasner’s decision in this case serves justice or the transformative vision that he ran on,” organizers of the Rebellious Lawyering (RebLaw) conference said in a letter made public Friday night. “We also hear and deeply appreciate the voices of of [sic] law students and activists calling on us to take action in response.”

Krasner is a hard left Soros DA who is actually doing the right thing legally and ethically BUT unless you are with all the leftist programs all the time you can wind up with the proverbial Trotsky pick ax.
(Great lesson in the totalitarian mind set.)

I am at a loss as to why this POS is still breathing let alone re-arguing anything.

They should be loaded onto the same 747 as the cop-killer and remote controlled right into the ocean.

Yale is now NO place for ANYONE to be “educated”;neither are ANY of the Ivies today! And most colleges and universities are also utterly worthless, far too costly COMMIE INDUCTION CENTERS.

Perhaps if they permitted speech that they do not agree with on their campus someone could ask him? Just a thought.

You are just demonstrating your ignorance of the facts of the case. The trial

judge Albert Sabo and ex-gov Tom Ridge wanted him put to death, too.

Who is the idiot? More likely you, as one who clearly doesn’t know the facts
of Mumia’s case, as opposed to his supporters .

Who is the idiot? More likely it is you , as one who clearly doesn’t know the facts of Mumia’s case, as opposed to his supporters. Anyone who takes a more than superficial look at the physical evidence which would indicate Abu-Jamal’s guilt would see that it is non-existent. The case against him was built in large part on the coerced, perjured testimony of a career prostitute and a convicted arsonist who was driving a taxicab with a suspended driver’s license. These two succumbed to police and prosecutorial pressure and undue influence. A third leg of the prosecution’s case was the perjured testimony concerning Jamal’s alleged confession to Faulkner’s shooting, supposedly made from a hospital gurney on December 09, 1981, but curiously not reported until February, 1982.

Strikes me as another Stanley “Tookie” Williams.

The question becomes do you believe Priscilla Dunham and Gary Bell or Arnold Beverly?

For my money, the world is better off without him or Beverly
