The Pentagon Papers is all Roger Stone needs to point to to be acquitted. The SC said publishing was not the crime - the theft was. As Stone neither stole, nor directed the theft of the documents disclosed by Wikileaks, the WaPo has laid the foundation for his innocence in that regard.
