In the past, teams also had much more stable player rosters because no free agency and player salary holdouts.

I like Brady a lot and was hoping the PATS would win. Brady is the best going forward since around 1980. Way too many rule changes on defense to compare him to someone like Unitas, whom I saw play live quite a bit in my youth.
