If you want to give up all the money you paid into SS, go for it. I’ll be at the SS office the second I am eligible.
When I draw SS it will be a tax cut since I will still be working.
I never said I wanted to give it up. I’m merely pointing out that you are factually incorrect. That money isn’t yours anymore. Your are not entitled to it in any legal sense whatsoever.
Go read the decision for yourself. Congress can alter or abolish SS anytime they have the votes to and they’re ain’t squat you can do about it.
