That's true but it ought not to be a mitigating or exculpating factor as far as the man is concerned. Kids that young --- even if they were the ones who solicited the action--- are to be protected, not exploited.

The man is an opportunist who should have known better. I'd have given him the max, for his own repellent acts and as a warning to others..
