Under this scheme it’s possible for Colorado to award its electoral votes to a candidate who did not win a majority in their state.
1 million illegal voters in Californicate are cheering.
>>Under this scheme its possible for Colorado to award its electoral votes to a candidate who did not win a majority in their state.
Would a citizen of another state be able to force a statewide audit/recount in another state if his or her vote was invalidated by fraud?
I hope the dem wins Colorado and Trump wins the popular vote outright or in a 3 way race, and they lose the presidency because they’re that stupid
Using this ‘logic’....I wouldn’t even bother (either as a Republican or Democrat) spending a penny on advertising or campaigning in the state. Maybe it matters in the primary but as for the November election...no, it’s just a waste to show up or buy any TV ad time.
That’s the way I read it too. The individual in CO just lost their right to vote for President. The national popular vote over rides their votes regardless of what it might be.
Dem’s cheat. It’s what they do. It’s all they do.
Under this scheme it is possible for CO to award its electoral votes to a candidate that got zero votes in the state.
‘Under this scheme its possible for Colorado to award its electoral votes to a candidate who did not win a majority in their state.’
that possibility has always been there, though quite obviously never realized, as it would result in chaos in a state whose electors bucked the majority...
