I went out into black areas in the city looking to be set upon so that I could unleash physical violence and I did it four or five times.
Seems pretty mindless and yes, racist - a person who happened to have skin color X did something bad to someone Neeson loved, therefore he went around looking for excuses to do something bad to some other random person who also happened to have skin color X. I'm not following the logic here.

OTOH if a black person has a bad experience at the hands of one white person (especially a white cop) they are allowed and encouraged to generalize that to all white people (and cops.)
