There is no way any investigator or institution can prove you DON'T REMEMBER. They will play their mind games with newly re-phrased questions for entrapment, just don't add anything to I DON'T RECALL. When they ask how can you not remember such an important event/ matter, "I HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF THAT."
Also, don't make any opening statement if you're going to claim the 5th!! Claim it right off and repeat it for every question. Nothing more!
