I bet the FBI has been spying on the GOP since 2000.

I can’t believe that Solomon is still employed by the Hill. I read the article and couldn’t believe who published it, then glanced up and realized it was John Solomon who wrote it.

He has been excellent! Sara Carter as well.

So Mueller lied then, lied about correcting the problem, and is lying now and the FISA court likely either no longer cares are select judges are in on it.

Such omissions are a serious matter at the FISC

And the penalty is a dressing down by a judge before no one, and a letter of reprimand that goes into a file marked burn before reading.

Most of the career feds are just political mercenaries with an endless database to attack the enemy hired to take out.

Congress should subpoena the responsible FISC judge to explain WTF is going on.

No, congress cannot haul in or subpoena a Supreme Court Justice because their authority derives directly from their constitutional offices and are not subject to checks outside those delineated in the Constitution.

But lower federal courts, like the FISC, are creations of congress just like the EPA, DOJ, Dept of State, etc.

Agencies established by congress are subject to congressional review and oversight. Why are lower federal courts and the FISC immune from the same scrutiny?

On Congressional Oversight of Lower Federal Courts.

They weren’t really looking for Russian crap. They were looking for campaign intel. Where they were spending their money, what states they were competing for/writing off, campaign commercials, etc., etc. Also they were listening for any quote that they could run over and over in a commercial.

Its almost like the Patriot Act and FISA courts were created as the FBI and Robert Mueller’s plaything.

HRC caught with 1000’s of FBI files? I would say the fraud was going on since 1992 at a minimum.
