I think there is some kind of court ruling, maybe just here in Fl, that no one under 18 can be killed, or incarcerated for life without parole. Were it me, I’d run enough electricity through them to light up Manhattan.
And if by some twist of fate, this victim had been able to wrestle the gun from the perps and shoot them, the Twitter mob would have assailed him and demanded he be murdered.

I watched that video more than 20 times, even slowed it down, frame by frame. At first I thought he and his wife and child were being accosted, but then we found out the woman and child in the video were bystanders. It wasn't a video of a man defending his family.
This story you posted here is different. This is flat-out murder. And, yes, 12 and 13 year-olds are capable of it.

Eventually vigilante justice will be the norm. You can go to LiveLeak or some of the other graphic video sites out there and see some great examples of the vigilante justice in Latin America that fed-up residents mete out on the criminal youths that make their lives unbearable.

If you don’t civilize a child before age 5-6, the mob takes over, at school & on the streets; the result is a subhuman, ignorant, heartless savage. Preschool & kindergarten only makes that window of civilization shorter.

Don't feel too bad for her. She was a 16-year old gang member who had just murdered a cab driver. She was holding the gun. Her two male companions were able to run faster and got away.
An angry crowd beat her, doused her in gasoline, and set her on fire.
Police who arrived on-scene were prevented from administering aid by the crowd who wouldn't let them in.
This is vigilante justice in Guatemala dispensed by people fed up with criminal gangs.

I learned this a long time ago when I tried to catch and tame some farm cat kittens who had been born and weaned in secret by their momma cat out in the woods.
If they are not handled and domesticated by humans in the first month or so, they are wildcats, period. I tempted a few in with a box trap with warm milk as bait, and I had to handle them with welding gloves and leathers on. Pure wildcat, and there is no taming them, ever.
The only reparations that should be paid to blacks are a one way ticket to Liberia and $500 in travelers checks, redeemable only in Monrovia.
