If female breasts are not sexual, the lesbians are just as incorrect on this topic as men are.
Women touch men on the chest all the time and perhaps they need to be charged with sexual assault, if mens chests are the same as womens chests.
Ontario said it was legal to run around with bare breasts back in 1991 after a University of Guelph student, Gwen Jacob, put it to the test.
Thankfully, it seems to have made zero difference in that people carried on as usual and wore tops.
Well, this could turn into a real bare chested brawl in the courts ,, equal rights and all.

I’m saying that women want to be sexually stimulating. It’s in their genes. They dress that way. They wear makeup. They have their hair done. They are way more conscious of their personal appearance than men. Way more.
I love them for it. We need to just stay out of the way. Let women be women. Let the law stay out of the way.

Men do not have organs that are "private parts" in this location of their body. Yet two justices of the NH Supreme Court, who apparently have at least a high school education, could not understand this, and the constitutionality of this law barely survived by a single vote.

States don’t have rights, they have powers.
American citizens have rights.
This is not an equal protection issue as female breasts are a secondary sexual characteristic.
However, women should have the right to bear their breasts as it is a right under freedom of expression. Whether it is breastfeeding, perfectly OK or suntanning at a public beach.
Put up a sign that the beach or designated part, is clothing optional.
It’s time to grow up about expression. Go to almost any country in Europe, common place, they don’t waste the courts or law enforcement time on such victimless actions.
Sadly, it is nearly a universal truth that the women who WILL expose their breasts in public are NOT the ones you want to see topless.
And also because— some nipples are more equal than others, according to this lawsuit.
It’s one thing to show it for whatever “sales” purpose, which in this case seems to be yet again political. If it were for advertising, then it would have to meet some sort of market tested standards.
All in all, considering that they are, in female humans, designed for the production and delivery of milk to newborns until they can eat solid food, and the protective immune system ingredients Nature has preserved genetically— all of this is just one more mis-use of God and Nature’s handiwork. That is, yet another waste of time with an eye to the prurient pueriles who are stuck in a childhood phase for life.
