That photo, of the black face and the KKK had to be submitted in a sealed envelope with the rest of the photos to the yearbook staff. There was no other way they could have been submitted. It was impossible for Northam not to have submitted it himself. Why did Northam submit it? This POS has not answered that question. All he has done is send rabbits out for the media to chase down rabbit holes.

Northam is a psychopath politician to more of an extent than most. If you understand this, you will understand his past and future behavior.
Our present day monuments, whatever they represent, are nothing but “stored political value” for leftists like Northam. He’ll get extra political value when commissioning replacement monuments.

I haven’t seen the real evidence that it was him. After Comey came out about the monuments. This could be another staged event, like Charlottesville. Or just Northam and the Dems trying to keep people on board. Monuments seem to be their go to. Though I’ve seen no evidence that blacks are offended by the Monuments.
The man must be exterminated as a detriment to American society
