And by the way, Mr. Author, the best thing to happen to the Republican party since Abe Lincoln is Donald Trump.
/////////////////////////////////
So well said.

Problem: there is one and only one Trump.

Not like the Kasich type that could be filled in with Jeb Bush or 20 other RINO losers (and has been for many decades).
Just as there was only one Judy Garland,Frank Sinatra, Peter Sellers, Norman Mailer,William F. Buckley and now Bob Dylan and the Beatles. Not a type, an original.

Note: not an implied endorsement of any beliefs by above and does not represent my opinions of such, and has not been tested or approved by the FDA. I read the last disclaimer on a supplement bottle.

MAGA

Go Trump.

Nobody can be as good as Trump. He’s a once in a generation kind of leader.

But I do think there a few people who could rise to the occasion.

Rick Scott has had the background running Florida. Rand Paul has been steady and true. Pompeo and Mulvaney are strong. Pence has been loyal. Also the former Texas governor, Perry, is getting his job done as Secretary of Energy.

With very rare exceptions, the Senator class doesn’t have the background. You need to have that administrative or business experience.

No Republican businessmen have shown themselves, but I’d like to see an experienced business leader again.

I think we’re going to see Howard Schulze of Starbucks run as a Democrat in 2024. I think he’s calculating that the Left wing of the Dems will take a beating in 2020, and so he’ll come in and try to save them in 2024.

He;s smart enough to know that nobody is going to beat Trump in 2020.
