BTW, I don’t think U.S. socialists like Bernie and AOC want a Swedish kind of socialism. That is just a way to get the door opened to REAL socialism...and that is the kind they want.
Sweden has a school voucher system which creates competition between schools and this resulted in a big improvement not only in private schools but in public schools which were in the neighborhood of such private schools (and had to compete with them).
