It’s a poison pill. It has language in it preventing the Pres. from using the military to assist at the border and limiting funding to only what is approved by Congress.
If this is in it, Trump won’t sign it. If anything like it is in it, it would show that Republicans are not just inept, but anti-Trump and anti-middle class Americans
