Trump laid out the dems game plan quite well. There will be way enough money from the asset forfeiture funds held under the Executive Branch control, through DOD and DHS seizures. Billions, in fact, and perfectly balanced ethically and legally. So, Mexico (the cartels) WILL be paying for it.
