The ending of air travel, the problem of cow farts and rebuilding all buildings were just dismissed as "typos" by her chief of staff.

If we fact-check her, no one is saying Trump can't read the briefings because the quote sighted only says reading isn't his preferred method of learning the information.

I don’t know exactly how Trump gets his briefings, but maybe, just maybe he prefers to have a quick written summary and someone he can ask questions of and get the information he needs not just the info he is given.
