The near-mythical drug lord now faces life in prison

Jurors heard more than 200 hours of testimony from 56 witnesses (though notably not from Guzmán himself) over the course of the roughly two-and-a-half-month trial in Brooklyn

It included testimony from a fellow cartel member who claimed that Guzmán once paid a $100 million bribe to former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto.

Guzman, 61, will be sentenced on June 25. He faces the possibility of life in prison.

Here's the full list of counts:

  1. Engaging in a Continuing Criminal Enterprise
  2. International Cocaine, Heroin, Methamphetamine and Marijuana Manufacture and Distribution Conspiracy
  3. Cocaine Importation Conspiracy
  4. Cocaine Distribution Conspiracy
  5. International Distribution of Cocaine
  6. International Distribution of Cocaine
  7. International Distribution of Cocaine
  8. International Distribution of Cocaine
  9. Use of Firearms
  10. Conspiracy to Launder Narcotics Proceeds

I lived for about a year near that Supermax in Florence. That immediate area has around 12 prisons. It was just before Y-2K and some people were worried about the prisoners being let out by malfunctioning doors and gates. Lol

HE will be dead in prison, LONG before he can make a deal to name the Democrats he was paying off.
You will note how LITTLE interest the mainstream media has in covering that?

Speaking of OCS and “Native Americans”...She had better change her last name. When Cortez went into what is now Mexico, he sure killed a lot of “Native American” Aztecs.

I feel for this judge, prosecutor team and jury. They will be made targets, or at least made to feel like targets for the rest of their lives.

That whole Y2K thing turned out to be just another bogus Chicken Little scenario, brought to you by the always-wrong doom ‘n’ gloom crowd.

El Chapo is guilty, cease his assets and use it for the wall funding. This would be Mexico paying for the wall

Better plan on a hilicopter cause he won’t escape the Supermax perimeter “death fence”. I know a person who worked there for years and they didn’t even know how the fence works.
