butterflys can go up and over wall or thru spaces in the slat fence walls. plenty of options for them.

And so what if some get killed - PLENTY of bugs and animals get killed and diplaced when they build new housing developments as they are doing on most ever mile of land surrounding my area, lots of sprawl building going on for commercial and residential and no one complaining abou those dead bugs, etc.

from her gofudnme page “....but whether private property (farms, businesses, homes) should be seized and destroyed for a project that does not serve the greater good or enhance national security; rather, it pushes the boundaries of Mexico north of the Rio Grande and makes America smaller. “

most of what she said is wrong, opinion, not fully thinking through the situation she is talking about -

I have an easement on the front of my yard for the county or state to maintain utilities or add a sidewalk...

Our quiet 10-home development owns to the center of our narrow four roadways. Without any announcement, the County came along and paved our narrow rocky roads—which had kept rubber-neckers out. Suddenly, we've become a development of 15 houses—with another five on the way. How was this legal?

On Tuesday, Judge Gonzalo Curiel ruled that the Department of Homeland Security can lawfully waive environmental protections to build the wall along the southern border.

Plant butterfly bushes. Rebuild the church.

She’s standing on something that could work as a spot for the wall.
