Taking in all the costs for the project, as well as rail yards, maintenance, trains, ticket machines, online presence, advertising, etc - plus assuming a partnership with Greyhound and Amtrak - the tickets will likely cost $5 at the kiosk and result in $9,000 in cost per rider to the public.
Maybe a thousand riders a day on 8 train trips (4 each way.)
