It is interesting that he quotes Robert E. Lee when discussing the issue of States rights. The various States lost their rights as a collective in 1865.

His issue seems to be with the notion of the Supremacy Clause and its usage. The Federal government has the authority to do a great many things and each State has the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. He should pursue this course of action prior to stating that the Constitution is not being adhered to. The War Powers Act gives the President the authority to conduct military operations and it has not been challenged.

His screed against Israel is inappropriate, they do not control the US but we do have similar interests and their continued survival is critical to stability in the ME.

The main take away that I see is this, the States have their Republican form of government but they are choosing to undermine the authority of the US Constitution to the ultimate destruction of the country. All in pursuit of people who wish to make these United States into North Mexico.

The pot is beginning to boil and the frog is still content to sit.

Quite right.

The States also lost (over time) most of their rights as individual states.

Following the Civil War the United States ceased being a Federation and became an Empire ruled from Washington D. C.

A very sad joke on the man that refused a crown.
