I just tried to donate via visa card and your response was that the card was rejected. The cc company says the card is valid and no record of card rejection exists.

I’m sorry, we sometimes receive an error code back from the cc processing service when they decline a transaction, but this time we did not. It just says ‘error’ on these two transactions. Others are going through fine.
Some of the things it checks is valid cc number, exp date matches, street address and zip code match, telephone number included.
Could also be a temporary failure to make connection with the cc service or a timeout error.
