Mueller came out of pasture for a deep-state kamikaze mission.
He’s doing his job - he’s harassing Trump and providing media talking points.
But otherwise, Mueller’s name in history will be viewed as shit. The man is the poster child for politicized, corrupt policing and the corruption of the DOJ and FBI.
It depends on who writes the history. The idea that President Trump is a tool of Putin and Russia is so entrenched that they can't let go. Even with the Intelligence report, coverage clings to the notion that maybe it can't be proven, but the interaction between the Trump and Russians smokes so high that there has to be fire.
