Knowing what I know about Al, I don’t think I could live there even under optimal conditions.

The location, 72nd and Prairie is in the middle of Gangland. The house should sell for dollar. Big Al would need to double his body guards if he lived there today.

I’m looking forward to Geraldo dancing after, what was it, two hours of nothing?

Geraldo, there might be some secret stuff in there. Go get it.

The property tax is probably 5k per year.

Interesting. This property has had some expensive upgrades done on it. Again, just looking at the houses this appears to be a pleasant middle class neighborhood. I have noted that often locations where ‘gang related shootings’ occur in Chicago look like decent middle or working class areas. Many homeowners of what ever ethnicity must take pride in their homes in Chicago. To bad about the gangs turning streets into shooting galleries, really no sarc.

"Ghostbusters too." Given that Capone's brain was essentially turned to mush by syphilis, ghosts would be the least of my worries.

I read elsewhere that property taxes are $15,000.

Everything South of the University of Chicago and East of the Dan Ryan [i-94] is no man’s land. If you are in that neighborhood you are lost.
