“The court’s press office says the 85-year-old Ginsburg is attending the justices’ Friday closed-door conference” I would accept that as authoritative.
Oral Arguments on Tuesday. Someone will be there to get a read on her health and how she looks and to report on it. There will no doubt be major media outlets that will attend this session.
(Kristinn, You weren’t going to swing by the SC On Tuesday by any chance? If not, don’t change your schedule for this thread!)
Lets see what the visitors and attendees to the SC have to say whether or not “habemus Corpus Vivenda” I think they will provide a good read.
