Strictly a water drinker here. Well, maybe two cups of coffee a week.

Regular soda drinks have way too much sugar. Diet drinks, well... read the article.

I only occasionally have diet sodas. My husband has lately been drinking coke. I had some kind of virus & after I woke up from that virus induced zombie sleep I was soooo thirsty. I poured a small cup of coke & it was the most amazingly refreshing thing in the world!

"Diet drinks, well... read the article."

The article says, with regard to artificial sweeteners, "These are questions we need answered." In other words, the study is mere speculation.

I never could stand diet drinks. They are disgusting.

I am, however, about to give up my beloved Coke Classic(for the umpteenth time).

This time it’s for real. Drinking one 7.5 ounce per day and then Monday I’m off the stuff.

My blood pressure has been creeping up. And, even though high blood pressure runs in the family, needless extra sugar isn’t helping matters.
