If it goes to court, President Trump can file a "petition for certiorari before judgment" which permits the Supreme Court to expedite a case pending before a United States court of appeals by accepting the case for review before the appellate court has decided it. However, Supreme Court Rule 11 provides that a case may be taken by the Court before judgment in a lower court "
only upon a showing that the case is of such imperative public importance as to justify deviation from normal appellate practice and to require immediate determination in this Court."
I think National Defense would certainly qualify for "of such imperative public importanance."
This was done in Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98 (2000) in 2000. From that ruling: "Petitioners, the Republican candidates for President and Vice President who had been certified as the winners in Florida, filed an emergency application for a stay of this mandate. On December 9, this Court granted the stay application, treated it as a petition for a writ of certiorari, and granted certiorari."

I love this guy; he never disappoints! He’s going to build our wall, and he’s effectively flushed out the Enemy - The Democrat Party.
Best. Election. Ever. EVER! MAGA! :)

The media know this, but they will not say it. They want to stoke the fires and goad conservatives to say and do something stupid

Do the do.s have a big enough welcome center for that many invaders..I mean guests. I wish we could welcome the invaders with open arms (meaning openly armed patriots ready to mow them down).
