Trump has always had the constitutional power to order the Army Corp of Engineers to build a security barrier/ wall without any Congressional approval, or declaring a state of emergency which will tie him up in court. Nor did he have to have a government shutdown that resulted in him signing a bad bill that now codifies the impairment of Federal law enforcement and gives unnecessary benefits and status to migrants.These confrontations have not enhanced the security of the American people. They have emboldened his vile opponents. If somehow that wall is not built by 2020, he will lose and turn the country over to the bizarre Democrats. Sorry but Coulter has a painful point.
