Correct. IQ does not make a person any more valuable in the eyes of God than other human traits. Some of the most evil people on the planet have high IQs. Moreover, I remember a place where I was employed where 3 African-Americans were the most Christian and godly people in the entire company. God sees the heart, and those who turn to Christ.

However, what these people are admitting is that factors in the population such as illegitimacy, lower IQ, and a debased culture in the "black community" cannot be overcome, so we will sing the song of "Diversity" all the louder.
