I misread the headline as EVACUATED vs evaluated based upon diversity. I wonder if there has ever been a study correlating increased violence with increased diversity?
Not a chance.
However, Thomas Sowell did a column on DC's Dunbar School. It was an academic black school that lost its reputation and ability to educate with the advent of the Brown v. BoE decision.
The school's pool of academically-inclined from all of DC shrank to the local 'hood, mostly disruptively-inclined "students", turning it into a just another black neighborhood school.
It's one example that tends toward the benefits of testing, which of course, does not outweigh the tyrannical benefits of producing non-educated sheep.
