Ohio Medical Marijuana Dispensary owner applicants must pay a one-time, non refundable application fee of $5,000. If their application is approved, they will pay $70,000 every two years to maintain their license. If the annual payment is late, an additional $10,000 fee will be added. Dispensaries that relocate, undergo major renovations, or change in ownership will pay a fee of $5,000. Advertisements, which must be approved by the board, will cost $100 per ad.
