There are 20 million illegal aliens in the US. There were 17K murders last reported year per the FBI (2017). The problems are not of the same size. Not even close. Crimmigration is a MUCH bigger problem than violent crime in the US. And the rate of violent crime in the US has fallen substantially in the last 20 years, while the number of foreign invaders in the US has risen. Illegal aliens benefit the few by working cheap, and the rest of us citizens pay for their emergency health care, and their other government benefits like education for their children. It’s not in the interest of the citizens of the US to have open borders, and it’s long past time for Operation Wetback II to send them home (mandatory eVerify is another winning strategy too).
