I don’t think they will be charged with Treason or executed.
Research is your friend. They lied to the FISA court. They lied to Congress if they testified falsely. I would read the book, The Plot to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump by Gregg Jarrett. In it he lays out what are the possible charges against several of these criminals. It’s going to be technical statutes and not large, sweeping things such as Treason and Death.
Or, do whatever you please...
The Founding Fathers set the bar for treason at a very high level, John Marshall at the Trial of Aaron Burr set it higher still.
Thanks for the book recommendations. I am also deeply skeptical that these people will face justice. I have been waiting for arrest for 2 years. Nothing has happened.
