Unfortunately, being ‘ignorant’ is not an excuse for treason and supporting the death of Americans. It's much more than ignorance. It's hatred, and a bizarre concept of God as one who favors killing.

There are clearly former terrorists/jihadis who have renounced all of this and now fight against it. But clearly there are also those who lie, and who go back to being a jihadi. She should be put on trial, and if she truly doesn't believe the things that led her to hatefully call for the deaths of Americans, she should start making that clearer by renouncing radical Islam, renouncing ISIS, renouncing terrorism, and renouncing the Imams who push radicalism. As a start. And then, accept the decision and sentence of the court.
