Celebrity activist Alyssa Milano is apparently having a hard time believing that Jussie Smollett would actually fake a hate crime attack, wondering who “could be that hurtful.”
“If that man staged his own attack he is wrong in so many ways. No one could be that hurtful? To stage this? Right?” Alyssa Milano pleaded.
“To f--k with all of us by playing into our weaknesses & make it even harder for victims to come forward?! No one could choose to be that hurtful? Right?! RIGHT?”

Real news is a concrete from which one may or may not draw an abstraction, which one may or may not find relevant to one's own life. Fake news is designed to be an abstraction that claims universality, i.e., application to every human life, including one's own.
Hence one may be impersonal and indifferent about a true news story, even though it is real. And one feels an intensely personal emotional reaction about a fake news story, even though it is invented. This emotion may be positive, when one feels he abstraction applicable to oneself - or resentfully negative, when one finds it inapplicable and inimical.
So, to manipulate emotions, demagogue leftards will use as much fake news as possible to create universal narratives that support the leftard agenda.
I prefer to remember her THIS way, before the great mess.
