Did you notice how, during the Andrew McCabe interview with "60 Minutes," the former FBI acting director kept talking about “articulable facts?”

But the justification for mounting a probe should not lie in weasel words. It belongs in something known in law enforcement circles as “Paragraph One.”

Paragraph One in federal investigations lays out precisely why the investigation began and how.

McCabe told Scott Pelley the FBI had a bunch of "articulable facts," but he didn’t bother to articulate them. Earlier, Comey told Fox News Channel’s Bret Baier the investigation was justified by a "mosaic of facts." The impetus was described by Brennan in still another interview as the "corpus of intelligence."

Is anybody ever going to describe what this is? Put yourself in Trump's shoes. He is being investigated as a potential traitor to the United States for colluding with a foreign power and no one has yet described why they were investigating the Trump team during the campaign.

Here’s why they can’t say what the “articulable facts,” “mosaic,” or “corpus” really are. Because it was the dossier, commissioned and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and later thoroughly discredited that prompted the never-ending probe. It was compiled by Trump-hating ex-British spy Christopher Steele, on behalf of Fusion GPS, which was hired by a law firm which in turn contracted with Clinton to get dirt – real or fake – on Trump. The dossier was the “predicate crime,” but now that it has been debunked, it is pretty hard to acknowledge what a house of cards this whole investigation has been.

Is anybody ever going to describe what this is? They can’t. To do so, they would have to admit that they made it all up, lied in a federal court to a FISC judge to obtain fraudulent warrants, to spy on people. Also, admit that Rosenstein is in on the fraud, Mueller and his investigation are fraudulent and any/all work done by him is ‘fruit of the poisonous tree’ and all cases tossed. Then they have to all deal with the Perjury trap that mccabe just sprung on all of them.

And, dare I say, everyone one of them should be in a federal holding cell, under the NDAA, while waiting for their indictments of Perjury, Sedition and Treason.

The reason why the whole probe is "inarticulable" is because it was a complete afterthought after Hillary lost the election.

They had planned to make it look like Trump was working hand in hand with the Russians for one reason only - to have enough on him to send him to the pokey the way they did Martha Stewart.

Comey and Mueller had already successfully sent one rich person to prison and they were trying to do it again.

You see, Hillary was going to win. They were all sure about it. There was no way Trump would win. That rich rube. That twice-divorced womanizer that no self-respecting conservative Republican would ever vote for.

They "knew" it was in the bag for Hillary.

But, what happened? Trump wins and they were left with "Uh-OH!! What the hell do we do now?"

It was only after she lost that they thought of impeachment as a back-up plan.

They did not think "Impeachment" while all the stars were shining in the sky for Hillary.

Impeachment was an afterthought and that is why it looks so twisted and perverted and "inarticulable."

According to Variety or some such leftist magazine which published an article about the election in December 2016, Hillary’s staff met the day after the election to discuss spreading the Russia collusion lie. Well, funny you should wonder. There was a very short clip made available early in the evening of the election when Hillary thought she had taken Florida (not remembering about the Panhandle).

The clip was of Chelsea hugging her mother and saying, "Congratulations, Madame President!" and Bill was jumping up and down probably thinking, "Interns! Interns!."

Then it cuts off. Well, I imagined that in the other room where all the DNC pollsters were manning all the TV screens, they see that Hillary has lost the panhandle and a few other spots they were counting on.

"Who is going to tell her?"

"Not it!" "Not me!"

They quickly decide that none of them wanted to be responsible for Hillary's wrath, so they decide to put the biggest screen TV facing the room she was in. They tune it to FOX and open the door slowly.
