Exactly, and it is hard for me to understand. I get the buffoons like Kristol and Kasich, and never-were-conservatives like Brooks and Rubin. But French is usually spot on regarding the issues. He, Goldberg, and Erikson have been warning about left-wing tyranny for years. Why can’t they understand that Trump is our only chance to stop it? (To be fair, Erickson shows some signs of waking up, but the other two seem like lost causes.)

But how do they vote? They don’t really care in any significant numbers about lofty ideologies or policy. Most people of any kind don’t. They are voting based on group loyalty, voting for a very general set of ideas that will benefit their groups. That’s the reality of multicultural democracy. It’s a racial headcount. Disliking it won’t make it untrue.

And this is where most of the TDS is coming from. Pres Trump is making small yet significant inroads with traditional voting blocs, Blacks, Latinos, and in light of the Pulse nightclub shooting some LGBTers. In other words he’s muscling in on the Dems racket and delivering.
