But Jussy is really cute and he’s an action hero too.
He beat off those attackers. He beat them off like an action hero.
The police probing Jussy is racist.
Jussy should get to choose who probes him.

Hate crime laws were created to criminalize anything a White says or does, or doesn’t say or doesn’t do, and to set free non-Whites who physically assault Whites.
He will not be charged with a hate crime. I hope I’m wrong.
No one should ever be charged with a “hate” crime in a free society. How you are feeling or what your are thinking when you commit a crime is not the issue, the crime itself is.
Thoughts or feelings are not crimes.
Smollett should be charged with filing false charges and fraud, but that’s probably too much to hope for.
No one should be charged with a “hate crime”, period.
Either their action is criminal or it is not.
What they are thinking is immaterial.
Hate crimes are based on a silly premise; that is, that murder or other serious crimes are less serious if hate was not the motivation, and the opposite if hate was involved.
No should be charged with a hate crime, now or ever.
“Hate crimes” are blasphemy against Liberty, Freedom of Speech and Equality under the Law, perpetrated by Authoritarians that want to limit the people’s capacity for free thought and free speech.
Nothing should matter except the crime. What the perp was thinking when committed it should be irrelevant.
The concept of a Hate Crime shouldn’t exist in a free society. Don’t buy into Cultural Marxist Right-Think.
There are only two criteria to define a hate crime
:
White male vs any minority = Guilty of hate crime.
Straight White male vs any sexual deviant = Guilty of hate crime.
If the races were reversed in this same scenario with a white man coming up with a story that 2 black panthers jumped him, there would have been waling and gnashing of teeth when the story started to fall apart and suspected to be a hoax. That’s all you would hear from the media and celebs is that it was a hate crime. I hear crickets right now.
This guy is DEFINITELY guilty of a hate crime - he put a noose around a black man’s neck!
No one should be - period.
Enforce the law objectiveky, impartially.
