First, the chart you posted shows that the level of foreign born in the US was higher between 1890 and 1920.
So what’s this crap that a foreign born population has reached the highest level?
Next, the US Census Bureau was politicized by the racist Obuma when he placed it under his control in 2010. How can we possibly believe anything from the US Census Bureau?
