You just can’t win.
So true; here in NJ cities are desperately trying to lure back whites (they target young ones because older ones know better), and they’ve had little success. They are being targeted as taxpayers and consumers for “minority-owned businesses” that minorities themselves can’t sustain, and they see no point in taking the bait.
Newark NJ ran a program a few years back where they offered many vacant lots for sale for $1,000; gibsmedats lined up in droves to grab them, but a couple of years later nothing was done with most of them. The price was offered with conditions, including building on the lots and living there for five years (like settling the prairie 150 years ago); when the gibsmedats realized this would convert them from takers into taxpayers, they promptly declined. They have no interest in paying for things like streets, running paths, etc., and they live in areas where NOBODY does.
Watch some of the YouTube clips where black Zimbabweans describe how things were better under white minority rule in Rhodesia; they are very sad (describing how people won’t use garbage cans or defecate only in certain areas).
